I hereby revoke all previous endorsements I have given to arrivaltel.com.
What's a good VOIP provider for an Orem resident with Comcast broadband?
Thanks,
Barry Roberts

Got hit by their upgrades, did you? Me too. My wife is making me
switch us to Qwest. So sad for me, I would have given ArrivalTel (or
at least some VoIP) at least one more chance.

Since 30 March, I have had sporadic to no phone service. Last Friday they
thought they had it fixed, finally, but it's been flaky all weekend. A
little better, but still bad.
So I'm reluctantly switching. They were responsive and great until the
end of last month. But now I'm wondering if they'll every get my phone
working again.
FWIW,

Makes me wonder if they're a reseller of the company I used to work for.

I actually talked to them on Friday, and they mentioned that their
current internet provider was horrible, and they were planning to switch
to a different provider today. If they didn't make the switch today,
I'd imagine it will be in the next couple of days. He said they were
absolutely horrible.
We've got them at work, and it's been decent most of the time, but the
last week we have had a few glitches. We were getting 2 second lag time
for a little bit. We're on iProvo, though, so we had initially assumed
it was just their usual problems.
and so forth....
