I propose new, more strict PBI approval script:

1. PBI should check if similar application is installed already and let chose
if user want to upgrade or install separate version. (FEATURE REQUEST)
2. PBIs that use pkg_add approach should say so and check if some library is
alraedy installed (forcing old library installation into base system may
break things, or user got library installed by hand already). (CRITICAL)
3. pkg_add and self-contained PBIs should be marked accordingly. (FEATURE
REQUEST)
4. PBI "directory" should contain all MD5 checsums online for checking if this
PBI is official or downloaded from unknown source. (FEATURE REQUEST)
5. Approved PBI should contain short review of application and screenshot(s)
for better understanding what it realy is. (FEATURE REQUEST)
6. PBI should go through all above points before we can mark it as ready for
deployment. (even with only one point missed PBI would be denied)
