Someone

main forum page:
short list of staff approved tags which correspond to present forums
list of x most recent threads

click on forum page:
small cloud of tags relevant to current "forum"
list of x most recent post that match the current tag filter (same as is currently done with torrents)

when not on the main page, there should always be links to the primary forum tags.
table should be sortable by date, posts, responses (like torrents)
