He is not blocked, please provide a traceroute from his computer to the server so we can troubleshoot the issue further.

To Whom It May Concern:
I am an EV1servers.net / The Planet customer with my server.
You are handling the server maintenance for me / So Social.
My Colorado programmer is being blocked to get in and update my SSL certificate and other modifications to the server.
His IP address is 75.70.84.102 and I want to make sure he has complete access to my server.
In an OLD trouble ticket from December with EV1servers.net, there seems to be an issue with IPtables that may be blocking this IP: 75.70.84.102.
When you logo into the server command of EV1servers.net / The Planet and go to my account, you will see an OLD closed trouble ticket - 12/17/2006 - 9:11:20 PM - with heading "Access Denied".
It is really important that the IP address 75.70.84.102 has access.
Can you please look into this and let me know what needs to be done?
Also, are you able to look at any "logs" to see if my server has any attempts of attacks, etc?
