First thing: People calm down, please. I know this discussion is getting very very emotional and somehow I can understand you. Their has been build a lot of anger between our both communities. But we need to get over this.
Also you need to understand our situation. We have been critized A LOT for the merge. Especially through mikedee there was build a strong dislike for the compiz community. But the situation has changes since the fork and we feel more like working together is the right way to go. (Even if we have other possibilities) And I mean really working together and not just "Yeah ok, come join our project.". That why we want a new name to demonstrate we are a MERGE. So come on, you know that this is possible to happen and lets do our bests to make it happen.
