Intellectual Property
If, during your employment, you make either alone or with others, any invention, design, discovery or improvement, which in any way is capable of being applied to anything designed, made or sold by the Company or any Group Company, you must disclose it promptly, assign it to the Company and assist the Company to obtain patent protection as appropriate. Similarly, if you produce during the course of your employment, any written documents relating to any Group Company, you must assist the Company in obtaining copyright protection.
