I have two variables, one with starttime and one with endtime.
e.g.

Starttime : "2245":
Endtime : "0333";

the format is "hhmm"

I want to create a function that return the hours and minutes between these two times.

Totaltime = GetTotalTime(StartTime,EndTime)
