1.- Tech MUST contact NOC (Network Operations Centre)at (phone number provided later) Option 2 Code 001 upon arrival at the hotel. Case

2.-Check in to confirm Netstumbler 0.4.0 is installed and the PCMCIA wireless card is being detected by NetStumbler 3.-confirm with NOC that all Wireless Access Points are up and running
before starting the wireless site survey - obtain room numbers from NOC if necessary 4.-continue to perform a full wireless site survey of the property.
5.-Procedure for Wireless Surveys with NetStumbler:
1) Enter room, close door completely
2) Start NetStumbler
3) Take reading for a minimum of 1 minute. Test in one of the
following areas: Desk, Bed or Table.
4) Save NetStumbler file. Sample filename: rm101-desk.ns1
5) Exit NetStumbler
6) Proceed to next room.
6.- Email a ZIP file with NetStumbler results to (Email Address to be provided later) and (Email Address to be provided later)
7.- Please include the exact model of wireless card that was used.
8.- Tech must call NOC before leaving the hotel, to ensure that the task requested has been completed.
9.- Tech MUST not discuss/comment his/her findings with any staff at the hotel. If there is a need to do this, please discuss it with Guest-tek staff only (Guest-tek Network Operations Rep (Nik Corbeil at (phone number provided later) Ext. 3715) All Instructions MUST be followed in order to have payment authorized to the provider. Failure to complete work order and follow all procedures will result in an unsuccessful service event.
