The file to parse contains first this:

and then there are a number of these:
<td colspan="6" class="headline">Granne</td></tr><tr><td colspan="6" height="1" class="line"></td></tr>
And I want to match the 'Bekant' and 'Granne' parts respectively (they can contain [A-Za-zÅÄÖåäö-]. It should also be noted that everything is on one line.
What I'd need help with is a method to match both the above cases, and to be able process the data in between any two of those matches that are directly after each other.
Language of implementation is C#, if it would matter.
