I'm having a troubles with some sync issues in ffmpeg on mac os x.  My command is as follows:

./ffmpeg -i input.mov -f mp4 -vcodec mpeg4 -b 900 -qmin 3 -qmax 5 -acodec aac -ab 192 output.mp4

I get a video.mp4 returned that works in QT except the sync is horrible and gets worse as the movie keeps going.  The original .mov has perfect syncing.

I've been searching online and trying different things but can't find any solutions.
