 will lead a result like this

 Num 1   Num 2   Num 3   Sum1    Sum2    Prod1   Prod2   Quot1   Quot2   Rmd

and 

cout << num1 << '\t' << num2 << '\t' << num3 << '\t' << sum1 << '\t' << sum2  << '\t' << prod1 << '\t' << prod2 << '\t'<< quot1 << '\t' << quot2  << '\t' << rmd << endl;

will do something like this 

6       12      12      18      18      72      72      0       0.5  	6

so fix that, put appropriate variable in the above code, and it should work fine
