On Clan Relations Interclan:
One of a clans best qualities is how it deals with other clans. Most clans, when reaching a top level see all others as lower, and treat them as such, whether it be by taunting, kicking from servers, or being arrogant. The better the clan becomes, the more it should respect others, even ones that maybe arent as high in rankings or ones that are not as old. Interclan relations are one of the most important concepts a clan needs to master.
There are two different general clan relations national and international. These two can be then broken up into two smaller ones superior and inferior. The superior is referring to dealing with a clan who is older then you, and the inferior is referring to dealing with a clan who is younger then you, not by rank or how good a clan is. The youth of a clan is not determined by the age of the people, but rather, how long the clan has been around. This is because that some very respectable clans, while maybe not better then another clan, it may be instead focused on having fun and making a good community, rather then being the best of the best. While some of the younger clans may have a higher rank, they very well may not be as matured as another older clan. With these 4 relations in action, a clan will have a successful Interclan status, whether it be with clans from the same country, or from across the globe.
To start with, the easier national inferior. This relation deals with clans who are younger then you, this is by how long they have been around not the age of the people, and that are in your same country. Since they are within your nation, there should be little problems accommodating to their customs, and making sure that what you do will not insult them unintentionally. You must remember that even though they are younger, they are still a clan. Every clan starts out that way. Treat the younger clans with respect, when given the chance; try to do something that will help them mature. If you do something to help them, then it will increase your relation with that clan. For nation inferior, a clan must remember they were there once, and they while they may be inferior in age, they may not be in skill, and thus they need to be respected as an equal.
The next easy one is national superior. This is dealing with clans who are more matured then you clan, the term mature being used to describe how long that clan had been around. The clan must treat the superior clan with respect, and take any advice they give in, as they may have gone through the same line of actions as you. The clan must remember that the other clan is older, and they have gone through more as a clan then you. The clan must respect them always, and if they do something you want, to bring it up directly with them. Remember, the term superior is not referring to their skill or that they are better then your clan in anyway, just more matured as a clan.
