The subtitles look mistimed to me, some of them appear before the audio, others don't, it's quit a mess.
An example where the subs appear before the talk:

Dialogue: 0,0:02:28.54,0:02:31.67,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,I'll kill you! I'll kill you! I'll kill you!

The bird starts some time after the line appears, which is a sign of mistiming to me.

I can't be sure if it's just on my end, some hardware issue or something, but I noticed that and I report it.
Someone check this issue please.

Dialogue: 0,0:02:11.81,0:02:19.41,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,At one time I was a businessman in Tokyo, now I'm a pirate here.

A ; or a . would be better than a comma there. Preference to the semi-colon.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:03:39.49,0:03:45.45,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,I guess so. So, the situation downtown in this place is the same too.

That "So,", it could be replaced by something else, since it's very close to the previous.
Suggestion:

"I guess so. The situation downtown in this place is also the same." - could be checked with a translator to see if it's ok

Dialogue: 0,0:03:45.70,0:03:53.42,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Yeah, international villains run around here bashing horns. They all trick one another, from

top to bottom.

This line could be split into two, since Revy does pause for a second in the middle of her speach.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:05:38.23,0:05:41.86,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,What I mean is: Pull out, quickly.

Should be "pull", with a lower case p, after the colon.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:06:25.78,0:06:27.95,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,You don't get second chances with us.
Dialogue: 0,0:06:27.95,0:06:30.99,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Use your head to survive, Chin-san.

Dutch says "Chin-san" at the time of the first sub, but it only appears with the second.
Perhaps move the ", Chin-san" to the first?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:07:24.71,0:07:27.00,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,This is the pure, unadulterated, real deal

Let's just say it lacks a period at the end.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:07:37.01,0:07:42.31,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Geez, our crew is so damn simple minded.

Isn't it simple-minded, with a hyphen?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:09:47.65,0:09:51.82,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,You fucked up the last hunt and got chased around by a battle ship.

Isn't it battleship, altogether?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:11:09.10,0:11:15.32,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,made phone calls, but I think being a subordinate was my real job.

How about starting with "...", to indicate it's continuing from the previous line?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:14:39.10,0:14:41.56,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Chin get you on this, Luak?

Shouldn't this be in the past tense?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:15:12.85,0:15:18.31,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,It's common sense to position yourselves out of each other's line of fire. Amateurs

Lack of period.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:15:52.84,0:15:56.72,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,I need to concentrate on this world.

She says "concentration", so this needs to be rephrased.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:17:52.59,0:17:55.34,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,She did it all herself.

He says a "sugoi" after this.

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:19:28.52,0:19:32.56,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Geez. We busted our ass for nothing. So damn stupid.

Shouldn't it be "asses"?

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:20:04.89,0:20:07.22,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,He's a bit too loud to conspire about anything.

Dialogue: 0,0:20:07.22,0:20:09.52,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,I told the other groups in the area what was going to happen.

The transition between these two lines is too rough (aka immediate).

-----

Dialogue: 0,0:20:32.54,0:20:34.17,Style1,Comment,0000,0000,0000,,Is it cooler than J. B?

Shouldn't it be J.B., assuming it's short for something?

-----

HEADACHE!!!!!
