When you first click on "Quest" on NewAge, he talks to you and gives you PAPER_OF_NEWAGE to mark the start of the quest, and for ppl to recognise u.
You have to go talk to LECTER and WARRAX to get SIGN_OF_LECTER and SIGN_OF_WARRAX.
LECTER sends you to find AGELIAN and kill him (lol), when he dies he will drop MARK_OF_AGELIAN. Bring it back to LECTER and he will give you SIGN_OF_LECTER
WARRAX sends you to find MR and kill him, when he dies he will drop MARK_OF_MR. Bring it to WARRAX and he will give you SIGN_OF_WARRAX.
Bring the 2 signs to NEWAGE and he will tell you to go find GHOST_OF_CHRISTMAS who wants you to kill LITHIUM and get the MARK_OF_LITHIUM
