Rules for Code Arena 2007
0) The contest is open to everyone and participants from any country are accepted.
1) The contest is free of charge. There is no registration or participation fee.
2) Teams can consist of at most 3 participants.
3) A person can be a member of only 1 team.
4) The contest will start on 18th February 2006, 1400 Hrs Indian Standard Time [UTC/GMT +5:30 hours]
5) The contest will end on 18th February 2006, 2000Hrs Indian Standard Time [UTC/GMT +5:30 hours]
6) The contest will consist of a set of algorithmic challenges, each of which will have it's own set of stipulated constraints such as run time, memory consumed, submitted source length and other constraints as found fit.
7) At the start of the contest participants will be able to view the problems. They will also have the option of downloading the problem set as a pdf/compressed ps/bundled html.
7) Contestants can submit programs in any of the languages specified.
8) Malicious code or any attempt to foil the working of the online judging system will lead to immediate disqualification.
9) In case of any ambiguity the administrators hold the right to make the final decision.
