Hi classic.gif I'm Jess, and I am submitting my application to you for the STT. I've been a member of InvisionFree since February 6th, 2006, and ever since then, I've had the chance to see this forum grow a little bit, and constantly improve on the support I give, when needed. One possible idea, that you all might like is possibly using a "screening page" like you have for your PM inbox on the Support Forums. One of the guidelines listed on it would be to read all the pinned topics, because more often than not, lots of new and "one time post" users often skip those and go right into posting their question. It would probably take a load off of the moderation staff members in the IF community. I'm not one of those people who, like you posted in the topic, say "I'm very active, and I've got lots of ideas.", though I can say whenever I see some kind of loophole, or something that needs attention, I will think of a way to solve the problem. Feedback is easy for me to provide, also because I'm very analytical when it comes to things and I am always willing to post my opinions. On a slightly different note, I have always been a regular poster in the General Support forums. If I'm trying to provide support, and there's something I'm a little unclear about, I always open up my ACP and/or the Documentation Index and check to see if I'm correct before I post. It's something that's become a habit. classic.gif I will admit, that even though I was away for quite some time from the forums, I'm still thrilled to be a member here, and not that much has changed. I definately see a lot of newer users, and a bunch of older ones that I've recognized from the past. I am so glad to be back, and I hope that you will consider me in the runnings for becoming a Support Think Tank member. happy.gif
