These are stressful days for me. Now i want to answer to all question to you. The only reason why i not posted immediately to the forum for all the questions is, to avoid a flame-war.
I think you have the same approach than me, never to cheat and not to tolerating it.
Since about a year, i have to observe some things happens, what i can not understand. Normally if i see a new move or something else, i ride with the tank as an observer. The reason aren't logical for me to resolve. To talk about every single sign to proof something i can't and won't do because i don't know exactly what it is. But i can thrust my eyes and my feelings. They telling me : currently the reason why a team wins a match in not better teamwork, better dodging or better to be in bzflag, it is ( thats my real meaning) to know better to edit the config, better to deal with driver, better to use network related issues. I think it is essential to have the weapons leveled into the league. That means every change behind of the GUI have to announced to the league. Thats the only way to find back to a fair relation (or what i understand). If I'm wrong and nobody was editing.. to his advantage, than everybody know it is lag, not just a excuse.
After some wondering and not found any answers, i started to ask players who are show signs. (I still try to avaid to say that bad word or to accuse) I cant do an intelligent question, if i have to ask for silly stuff. So i was thinking the open and direct way is the best. After a match ( if i ment to seen asome signs) i asked privately do u cheat? but i got not a single answer. If he don't a short answer no would clear it. But so i don't know. Or he won't answer silly questions?
I had to learn that in the league is a different approach of what is fairness and sportsmanship. The question is: what is regular? Obvious is isn't allowed to change the client itself, what about the config-file and what about the (mouse-)driver. I cannot give you an answer because it is to discus and to find an answer from the league. For me it seems essential to post any hand-made entries in the config-file and every change which could tailing side-effects. If not, over long or short time the best config-editors, not the best team will stay on the top of rank. Hopefully u can understand my position. Only to say open what is changed in bzflag can reestablish thrust to each other.
I feel guilty, because i lost my faiths about fairness. I tried to use the little tricks which are near the border of ... That wasn't a clean approach and so everybody knows me now as a bad guy.
I could solve the my missunderstandings to catay and thonolan. I think thono is still waiting for an answer to his post. So it was time tp apologise for my rude threat them.
MTC shows a lot of signs which i can't understand. Okay u asking for a sample: How can they vibrate so symmetrically and for what reason doing so? ( has the flame-war now started?)
I want before i feel able to forgive or ask for forgivness i want to clear the open topics.
at the end let me say one word, where i find fun in bzflag. It is not to kill, what is in my opinion more slaughtering, it is to get in touch with teamies to defend or capture together the flag. It is some kind of blind understanding.
