This it's a litle (own) bug in configure script. you must install

libgnomebt0 
libgnomebt0-dev 
gnome-bluetooth 
libbtctl2 
libbtctl2-dev
libbluetooth1-dev  
libbluetooth1 
bluez-utils 

before and try again.
