well I know it's quite unusual that we use the dev-list for help requests, but we really have a problem here.
Ok, you might now that roico, maniac and me are working on group with tab support.
Well it's getting quite stable now but there are still some features on the TODO-list.
For example a very important feature that displays the window name of the current selected tab.
Now we decided to use cairo for this purpose. The most code is copied from annotate and ported to group.
Well long story short: it doesn't work and we have no idea why.
Since nobody of us really knows cairo, we need help.
So if anyone with cairo/XRender knowlege can give us help here, it would be really really great.
