Hello everybody,

Most teenagers get an allowance, but unfortunately i am not one of them because my parents think that you should work for money. Fortunately I do get some extra money from my grandparents now and then.

If I would receive an allowance, I’d probably get 5 or 10 euro per month. But I’d also have to pay for certain things myself that my parents pay now. With the extra money, I’d probably go to the cinema more often.

In the holidays I do some tasks for my mother’s boss now and then. My mom works on the marketing department of a company, so I usually have to do some simple tasks on the computer. I like to work for my mom’s boss because the work isn’t hard and the extra money is always useful.

With the money I get from my grandparents and the money from my holiday job, I usually buy some computer games and extra hardware for my computer. Because those things are quite expensive, I only buy them now and then.
