Dear PEAR developer,
Some of your packages in PEAR do not have end-user documentation
in the official PEAR manual. Since the best package is useless
without proper documentation, we ask you to write that for
the packages missing them. And do remember that the auto-generated
API-documentation does not replace documentation in the manual that
describes the use case of the package, gives examples and explains
the big picture behind the classes.

If you already have documentation on an external server, consider
transferring it into the PEAR manual, or at least create a link
in the PEAR documentation pointing to there.
In case you are not the developer of one of the mentioned packages,
the information in the package.xml file of that package in CVS
is wrong. Ask the author to fix it.
