Hello.
On our Forums I might look like a Person who just spams every single Topic to increase my Post Count wich results in being number 1 Poster of our Forums. I just want to say, I'm not this kind of Person. I don't spam (in my opinion), I'm just a person who wants to be as active on possible on Forums and I want to have a nice attitude to other people. So please don't tell me that I'm spamming, because I don't and I just try my best do let other people know who I am.
Well, I got a bit off the Topic, so lets contiou with what I'm writing this Topic for. First of all I want to congratulate every single person on this Forum, for making this Forum quite "active". We've got more then 2300 Posts and 76 Registered Members so far and this is quite nice for a new Clan. But, ...
To make Invictus a good Clan, we need to have a good inClan community. I don't say it's bad, don't misunderstand it. But the basic of a good and stable Clan is a good inClan community. If the community is bad, you might encounter problem in a later stage of the Clan.
For Example The Runescape Warhungers Federation, better known as TRWF, has closed their Applications agian. This because they were simply getting to many members as a RuneScape Top Clan, so the people in the Clan don't even know each other any more. This results in a stage that people might start flaming etc, just because they think that the other person is a useless noob with a big mounth, who even isn't in the Clan. I don't say it will happen, but the chances are always avaliable.
What I'm trying to say, is that the Leaders \ (High) Councils should give it a try to require the members in this Clan to go on Forums and be (really) active there. Many persons have a quite low post count. This doesn't matter much, as people can be active on Forums in the "reading" way. But let's just try to make our Forums more active. As I said before, The basic of a good Clan is the inClan community.
You'll find out that members know each other much better and the chances on FlameWars etc are getting drained.
Yick.
