[root@testbox ~]# md5sum /bin/ls

[root@testbox ~]# md5sum /bin/ls.org

Second System:
[root@web85 ~]# prelink -y /bin/ls > /bin/ls.org
[root@web85 ~]# md5sum /bin/ls

Notice how both systems after prelinking has been removed have the same md5check sums:
