Problems compiling apache-2.2.3 with visual studio 2003 in command line with openssl and zlib

I used instructions: http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/platform/win_compiling.html

OpenSSL successfully compiled in release mode (version 0.9.8).
Zlib compiled too.

Then i compiled apache in release mode, by command: "nmake /f Makefile.win _apacher", as told in instructions. I got RC error: RC1109. That was because of some part of modules/ subdir did not compile in release mode. It compiled in debug mode, so it wanted to put result object in folder "Debug". Problem solved by creating "httpd-2.2.3\modules\metadata\Debug" subfolder. There is only one file now, mod_usertrack.res. Is it Makefile bug? :)

The second error, the same (RC1109), solved by creating "httpd-2.2.3\support\Debug" folder. There was only one file, htpasswd.res. Again Makefile bug? Command line compiling that file looked like:

rc.exe /l 0x409 /fo"Debug/htpasswd.res" /i "../include" /i "../srclib/apr/include" /i "\asf-build\build-2.2.3\build\win32" /d "_DEBUG" /d "APP_FILE" /d BIN_NAME="htpasswd.exe" /d LONG_NAME="Apache htpasswd command line utility" ..\build\win32\httpd.rc

i think /fo option is incorrect.
