Hi,
I need to dial a SIP Address (122333@202.154.233.155) from my Asterisk....
but when I do so , I get a warning...

It doesnt mean that circuit is really busy ... but when I let a Carrier know to dial this SIP Address...then carrier can...but not me ...why????
