To whom it may concern,
please find enclosed proof of no claims and a covering explanation.
I have been on the phone to directline and they have confirmed i have 4 years no claims but at the moment they are only releasing 1.
I asked why this was and they are telling me that there is a claim still open. This claim is fake. It is a malicious claim made by an ex partner and i have explained this.
My car was examined and no damage found. There was no 3rd party as witness. There was no 3rd party named. No vehicle could even be described or identified after investigation. Basically just a collaborated story for quick money and to cause me as much trouble as poss. The investigator was also satisfied as there wasnt/isnt a shred of evidence that suggests of a accident.
The date of this so called accident was about the 5th of june but the claim came about when i briefly got with another woman in november. There happy i'm telling the truth as like i said there is no evidence or proof/witnessess but will only release 1 year untill the claim is completely closed.
Please also find details of the claim number and telephone number as i said you would ring them. It is all very frustrating as well as worrying that i could end up paying more when i genuinely have 4 years no claims. I have given directline a fortnight to sort there mess out and i have already seeked advice from the CAB who will be assisting me if need be.
