Unfortunately due to an error in the accounting department, an additional payment for the rental vehicle used by yourself during the dates of March 1st, 2012 to March 4th, 2012 was not billed. We have attached an invoice to this letter as well as extended the payment date an additional 30 days for your convenience, also noted we will be covering your next oil change free of charge due to this unforeseeable issue.
