I wanted to tell you that the apartment is
yours for the taking, but in the interest
of good karma and not being like a douchy
landlord we all despise, I need to give you
some information:
We got sprayed for bed bugs at the beginning
of Feb. We took every precaution we could,
and we've not been bitten nor seen any bed bugs
since then. The landlord was on the ball, paid
for everything (duh!) and had the surrounding
neighbours treated as well.
Let me assure you that it was a mild case as
far as we can tell, and that it is not the
reason we are moving out. If we hadn't bought
a condo, we would still be living here, hence
why we let our lease renew until the end of
June 2013.
OK, so that's it. I wouldn't let you sign
the dotted line without this information.
