Pact of Negation - After Pact of Negation is played, that player MUST announce the mana payment of Pact of Negation during his or her next upkeep or that player loses the game. If that player draws a card for his or her draw phase, it immediately becomes too late to announce the payment. If a player loses the game in this way, the main deck's owner adds a mark to the running tally of games lost in this way.
Phage the Untouchable - If a player is directly killed by Phage the Untouchable, the main deck's owner adds a mark to the running tally of games won or lost in this way under the appropriate heading.
Richard Garfield, Ph.D. - If any player is relatively unfamiliar with the Magic: The Gathering card catalog, and there is no consultatory resource available, it should be decided beforehand whether Richard Garfield, Ph.D. should be played.
Spark Spray - If a player is directly killed by Spark Spray, the main deck's owner adds a mark to the running tally of games won in this way.
Yet Another AEther Vortex - Since this card has so many issues with standard rulings, and so many rules conflicts arise from cards being in several zones at once in a way that standard rules don't know how to deal with, any gameplay issues are to be handled on a case-by-case basis by the players involved.
