i have a problem with my Grub 2 setup.
This setup has worked in the past but wont any more most annoying.
at the moment after install the main os i disable os prober. this is because i find it makes a messy grub entry.
after this i create a file /boot/gtub/custom.config or custom.cfg and manually add my files there.
*the custom.config file is read at boot and entries used. also does not need to run sydo update-grub in terminal*
Now this setup has worked for me in the past. i am trying to do it again on another computer and the custom.config file is not working. any ideas would be great.
