I regret to inform you that I, Matthew as a customer of 20+ years attending Mr.Sub has never experienced anything quite like the location at;

I only live a couple of minutes from there and I decided to stop going there whatsoever. The staff is lacking fundamental practices of basic customer service and not properly executing a garnished sandwich. I am not the type of person to ever make such a complaint but I feel this one took it for a long stretch. To be more specific on the situation I will only attain to what actually made me take this decision and fully realize this needs to be addressed.
Based on my past experiences from other Mr.Sub locations I can only compare to what I've been given so this is a thorough outline of what I've experienced and needs to be fixed before I even decide to step foot inside that store.
- While they do make breads fresh for the lunch time I've always experienced the bread to be quite stale as if they are passing it off as newly baked fresh bread out of the oven, the texture is completely different and it changes everything in a fresh sandwich.
- When I arrive in the late evenings they are always out of my favourite bread, and I mean "Always". The excuse of being very busy and being told it was unexpected sort of grew on me every time it was repeated to me, became like a bad habit.
- And finally, the most important aspect of my complaint is the fact that when asking for a deli sandwich I get served less meat than supposed to (based on my 20+ experience attending Mr.Sub). There's nothing more un-satisfying then me having a great lunch with great quality products just to have an under-trained staff serve me less deli than what I deserve. As a paying customer I find this part the most appalling, I shouldn't have to suffer because a store isn't generating enough money so they need to cheap out on the meat.
So for that reason I am completely obliged to take my business elsewhere. Now please understand that I am only sating these facts to better the company and I will foremost be more than happy to attend another Mr.Sub around my area which I've been going to recently and they have been more than courteous to me which speaks more than words as to how happy I am to still be part of this wonderful company. I would love to become a repeat customer of the location stated above but only if and when those issues get resolved, for now I will have to drive a bit farther to reach a Mr.Sub but at least I know I will get good service there.
