As part of your Graduate Training Program, we are pleased to inform you that we are planning a cross-divisional Infrastructure Continuous Development Program (CDP) for the Class 2011.
The CDP is structured to enhance your communication, presentation and project management skills through completion of the following sessions:
Managing Projects Successfully – revolving around a Project Simulation you will experience the different phases of a project, how to control project progress, identify emerging conflicts, and manage difficult situations, all within the context of a diverse team environment.
Communicating for Success – you will learn how to identify your personal communication style, understand how your style impacts others, how to adapt your style in different situations, and how to use the skills learned to help you manage your career going forward.
Presenting Yourself Professionally – using interactive exercises, you will learn how to better present yourself in a professional manner to colleagues, seniors, peers, suppliers and clients, through written communication, in person and over the phone.
Please be aware that this training is mandatory, and ensure that you have no other obligations during this timeframe considering travel times (arrival and dinner on Sunday evening for the AsiaPac and European Graduates before the training and departure on Friday).
