In response to Mr. Bering's allegations:
It is unclear what amounts to a violation of the profile page. My profile was created using the same tools available to every other candidate. Whether or not my profile was tastefully designed is clearly a subjective matter upon which the Elections Committee could not hope to rule. Similarly, it is unclear what amounts to "cheating" the page's listing system. If appearing near the top of the page is an advantage, then the Elections Committee must agree that having a given name beginning with the letter which occurs early in the alphabet constitutes an unfair advantage.
In response to Mr. Magalhaes' allegations:
Referring to myself by various titles is not lying. Most titles are not a legal matters. They are a matter of social convention. Neither Mr. Magalhaes nor the Elections Committee is in a position to decide how I may refer to myself.
In response to your poorly-written emails:
In the future, please proofread your correspondence to me to ensure that such nonsense sentence fragments as "You have miss-used [sic] spell characters [sic] to cheat the vote.feds.ca profile listing system is" do not appear.
