We are are collective people's who wish to develop a community ran channel with a director, uploader, and admin spot adgenda, The main
focus of the collective is to keep away 'larger' or 'more advertised' channel's from uploading, abusing the collective's watchers. IE: Keep away
channel's or people who already have audince and or keep selective holding on who may or may not upload to the collective. To keep the community from
over or under exposon of channel's of who hold an audiance base prior to uploading.
>Communication
Said 'video' is sent in by 'user', then collective will view said 'video' and reply with accepted subbmition' or 'denied subbmition' & Reasoning to said 'video' subbmition failure to broadcasting, Along with statement made by admin who
viewed said 'video'.
*Keep community in contact insted of branding and leaving automation or self choosing of what and what not can or will be accepted.
>Quality control
Set standard's to what can be subbmited, and keep quality video's from being passed by admin choice
*Make sure all video's subbmitted are viewed and if denyed by admin, pre-written messege will be sent along with statement on why video is denied.
>accessibility
Keep collective open to anyone under certain subscriber count, and keep community or collective free of over exposion of user's video.
*Community for anyone who's subscriber count it low and il-exposed rather then keeping collective open to all and only accepting who's video wins admin personal taste or "dog race" selection.
