With this, we hope to be able to weed out the bad apples and pick the best of the best to help fight corruption and other problems within the Police Department. The new recruitment process consists of three parts: a background check to ensure there are no major problems in the officer's past, a basics training session followed by a series of questions based on the training that the officer must pass, and a final test in order to prove the officer has what it takes to be an agent.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="royalblue"][SIZE="4"][U]PART I: The Background Check[/U][/SIZE][/COLOR]

The personnel records of the officer will be checked to ensure there are no blemishes on the officer's past. Minor mistakes and warnings MAY be forgiven, but that may vary from a case to case. In addition to the background check, the supervisor of the officer may be consulted for information about the officer if we do not have personal experience with the officer. Other command staff may be consulted also. [/COLOR]
[COLOR="royalblue"][SIZE="4"][U]Part II: The Training[/U][/SIZE][/COLOR]

[COLOR="yellow"]2.[/COLOR] [COLOR="white"]The rules of IA.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="yellow"]3. [/COLOR][COLOR="white"]Your goal as an IA agent and how you are allowed to accomplish that goal.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="yellow"]4. [/COLOR][COLOR="white"]How to choose your targets and what bases you must cover before investigating.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="yellow"]5. [/COLOR][COLOR="white"]Basic techniques on how to successfully tail your target and gather information.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="yellow"]6.[/COLOR] [COLOR="white"]Paper work, how to do it, and how to make sure it is up to standards.

The grading on this part of the training will be up to the agent administering the test. The number of question and the difficulty of the questions is also up to the agent administering the test.[/COLOR]
[COLOR="royalblue"][SIZE="4"][U]Part III: The Final Test[/U][/SIZE][/COLOR]
[COLOR="white"][IMG]http://i39.tinypic.com/28bxtzd.png[/IMG][IMG]http://i39.tinypic.com/28bxtzd.png[/IMG]Once the officer has successfully passed the training portion of the recruitment process, he/she must pass a final test to evaluate his/her abilities as an investigator. At this point, the officer will be assigned an Officer+ rank in the PD and they must get a head/upper torso picture of whomever they are assigned without being noticed. If the player they are assigned goes 10-10(logs off) within 10 minutes, the officer will be assigned a new target. If the target goes 10-10 AFTER 10 minutes has passed since the start of the assignment, the officer will fail the test and must reapply at a later time. Once the 10 minute mark has been reached, the officer has until the target leaves to get the picture. If he/she is noticed, the test will be deemed a failure. If the player does manage to pass the test, they will then be allowed to join the division.[/COLOR]
