Who can upload?
Everyone can upload.
DVD and above can upload a torrent right away without going through the offered section.
SVCD must receive 10 votes on their torrent in offered before they may upload.
The torrent:
The torrent must be seeded until 3 seeders are on the torrent
Do not make 'sample' torrents. Upload a sample with the main torrent
Audio tracks must not be stereo upmixes. We only allow 5.1 content that was originally 5.1.
No trailers
No custom compilation DVDs are allowed
No porn sources or encodes
RAR and ISO (or any other archive formats) files are not allowed for any reason
No xvid encodes are allowed
No .mp3 audio is allowed for any reason
No scene releases of any kind are allowed for any reason
No encodes of scene releases of any kind are allowed for any reason.
No VHS/VCD/SVCD sources are allowed

[title] must be the movie's English name on IMDB
s## is filled with the appropriate 2 digits (e.g. S02), or is replaced with the word Complete for packs containing all seasons of a TV show
[source type] is one of the following: SDTV (analog), DBS (digital cable/DSS/PDTV), DVD, WEB-DL, HDTV, HDDVD, BluRay
[audio codec] is one of the following: DD#.#, DTS, AAC, MP2 (only allowed on TV caps and their subsequent encodes)
If your source is a BluRay/HDDVD then do not include [NTSC/PAL]
Do not use any kind of additional symbols such as "." or "-" or "_" for separation purposes! (this includes before the group tag)
Dupe Rules:
If you have a Movie with another audio language that is already on the tracker: please upload the AUDIO ONLY!
If a member encode will be uploaded soon (encode accept button pressed), do NOT upload one of your own (or any other encode).
NTSC and PAL versions do not constitute a dupe.
BluRay/HDDVD sourced encodes do not dupe DVD sourced encodes
Torrents violating these rules wil be deteleted without notice and may lead to a Warning/Ban
Any encode from a disc based source automatically dupes any television source
Torrent Description:
All torrent descriptions must Include sound type, video size/bitrate, runtime, file size (including audio and video).
All movies must include a link to it's page at IMDB.com
All encodes MUST include the "--sar" value used and the display resolution of the encode
All torrent descriptions will not contain ascii art or other unneeded images (e.g. rows of smileys, animations, etc.)
All torrent descriptions where a movie poster is included will not have a poster image greater than 350x500 and will be in .jpg format
All torrent descriptoins containing any banner will not have more than one banner and that banner will be no larger than 758x140 and will be in .jpg format
DO NOT add fullsize images to the torrent description. Only use thumbnails that link to the actual image. Most image sites will provide you with the bbcode for this.
3 or more thumbnails linking to fullsize PNG screenshots from both the source and encode (same frame comparison) must be added in the description of all encodes.
3 or more thumbnails linking to untouched fullsize PNG screenshots must be included in the description of all sources.
All screenshots MUST be at the playback resolution/AR. No exceptions. For DVD sources refer to DVD Source Screenshot Resolutions
Torrents without proper screenshots may be deleted without notice

DVD Sources must meet the following requirements:
Sources must be the Anamorphic Widescreen version unless none exists
Sources must be the Letterbox Widescreen version if no Anamporphic version exists
Fullscreen versions are only allowed if there are no Anamorphic/Letterbox Widescreen versions available.
NO COMPRESSION OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED. (e.g. DVD9--->DVD5)
No reauthoring is allowed
The region and copy protection MUST be removed and are the only things that may be removed
No custom compilation discs are allowed under any circumstances
The only format allowed is the raw Video_TS folder.
Encodes must meet the following requirements:
Video:
Encodes must use the x264 codec
Encodes must be at full DVD resolution minus any black back bars that must be cropped
The proper "--sar" value MUST be used for all encodes. Setting the DAR in the container instead is not acceptable.
No resize filters (e.g. spline, lanczos) are allowed for DVD sources
If filters other than those listed in this guide are used on the video then the ENTIRE .avs script must be included in the torrent description
ALL encodes where filters have been used MUST go through the offer section regardless of user class and be approved by Jase99 or memineours
Audio:
ONE and only ONE feature audio track is allowed
The feature audio track must be the native language for the show/movie (e.g. The Matrix (english), Hero (mandarin))
Dolby Digital/DTS audio is required, in the native language, for all encodes
Dobly Digital 5.1/7.1 tracks must be used before DTS or Dolby Digital 1.0/2.0/4.0
Use a DTS track only if no DD track exists. If you wish to include the DTS track simply include it in the torrent as a seperate file, or upload it to the audio section, for those that want it
ONE and only ONE commentary track is allowed to be muxed per encode. If you wish to include more commentaries just include them in the torrent as seperate files.
If a commentary track is muxed to the video it must be .ogg or AAC format with a bitrate of 64kbs No exceptions
Commentaries included in the torrent as seperate files may be in any of the allowed audio formats.
When using BluRay/HDDVD sources with lossless/uncompressed audio you may use the audio from the DVD if it exists, or encode the lossless/uncompressed track to 448kbps AC3 using eac3to
Subtitles:
If the feature is a language other than English, English Subtitles are required to be muxed and synced in .srt format. No exceptions
All subtitles that are muxed with the video are required to be in .srt format. No exceptions
If you wish to include subtitles in a format other than .srt they must not be muxed to the video, but may be included as a seperate file in the torrent. No exceptions
Subtitles included in the torrent as seperate files may be in any format the uploader chooses.
Container:
A Matroska (.mkv) container is required for all encodes
Individual audio tracks must meet these requirements:
All soundtracks other than the native language of the encode must be uploaded to the "Audio" section.
All soundtracks must list the language of the dialog
All soundtracks must be identified as NTSC or PAL
All soundtracks must identify their source and delay rate (include region and version of DVD)
All soundtracks must identify if it is stereo or multi-channel
All soundtracks must be unaltered (i.e. UNTOUCHED)
Dolby Digital, DTS, FLAC, OggVorbis, and PCM are the only allowed Audio formats
