02/11/2011 16:29 GMT - Buyer: item cost £100 + delivery and is damaged as said in the previous message, i will glady accept a replacment from the seller or a refund, as said i currently have the item as it was only delivered today, notified seller as said in my previous comments and he said he will claim with courier, i was offered only 1 postage option and this was £15. seller said it covers £50 only but if i was sending 2 items worth £100 tottalling £200 id make sure i had the correct insurance cover to cover the items for this, what if items got lost?... any more info needed them ill glady provide what ever i can

02/11/2011 16:23 GMT - Buyer: bought the item from a private car club site and item has came damaged, seller is saying its my problem and that alls he can do is claim for courier for £50 max, i was offered one standard delivery option which was £15 via courier, as far as i knew i was covered for the full amount and not just £50 as the 2 items i bought valued to £200... seller is saying courier damaged it, but packaging seemed fine and not bashed or anything, but its still possible this happened, the 2nd item which was rapped with it seemed fine and ill gladly keep, the damaged item it repairable but been quoted £90 off 2 car body work shops and its not worth reapairing when i can buy another one for £100, i still have the item with a reurn address and im more than welcome to send it back to the seller, if paypal need any more info ill gladly help, and ill also help the seller recover the £50 off the courier service if it was damaged on delivery but i dont see why i should foot the extra when i bought it in good faith, thanks
