This is an opportunity to write loads of code as part of the Points dev team! We need a code creating, bug slaying, culture shaping, idea initiating developer.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high quality code and participating in software releases.
- Contributing as a member of the development team.
- Learning and practicing agile development (SCRUM and XP).
- Learning and using Java, JEE, Hibernate, Spring, AJAX, GWT, SQL, and other technologies.
- Learning why coders love Test Driven Development (TDD).

Requirements:
- Good at coding in your high level language of choice: C#, Python, Ruby, Java, Scala, C++, or whatever you fancy. We code primarily in Java.
- Ability to learn quickly. Really quickly.
- Very strong communication skills.
- Desire to succeed in a fast paced, collaborative team environment.
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering or an equivalent.
How to Prepare for the Interview:
- Be ready to write a bit of code. For example, code from a recent class assignment, or code to reverse an array of characters. Any language. Bringing working code on your laptop that you can demo is even better!
- Be ready to tell us how you go about learning new tech.
- Be prepared to share what excites you about software.
- Dress how you want. Casual is cool.
- Bring your inner geek.
- Remain calm, then panic, then just be yourself.
