1) Perhaps include some testimonials from players directly in the sales thread

2) Specific information on all of the features available to clients within Clanforge and what they can do with each one

3) A few pricing examples for the most common server configurations with actual prices that they'll pay for each billing term

4) List the 14(?) locations available to clients so they can see instantly which locations they can get set up in instantly

5) I noticed there are quite a few updates made by you in the other pages, sometimes people will just check the original post and base their judgement on that. Possibility of adding a scrolling quote/code box on the thread with a "change log" of what's been added to Clanforge for people to use.

6) Push the fact that it's a registered company with a company number / VAT number and a little info on where the office / company are based with a number of staff to "out-do" the smaller, bedroom hosts.

7) Make the free features more prominent on the page and make a statement along the lines of "How many other serious hosts offer you all of this for one low price?"

8) Perhaps listing server specifications and network connections in the sales thread would also be beneficial, I'm sure you get a fair few tickets / sales queries asking what hardware you're using (I know I always used to get this with VPS)

9) Test server IPs / info in the sales thread itself? Could help people wanting to try the service. I know you probably want to maximise the time people are on your site itself, however people like to see everything - sometimes if they see a small sales thread with little info they'll make their first impression and bugger off
