Dear SFPD,
Over the last few hours, department ties have been tested to the limit. Let it be a known fact, that departments will have their moments of disagreement as we have had tonight. Tonight's disagreement could have been avoided in several ways in which I will not go in to detail. Tonight disagreement has brought me to realize that the SFPD is an invaluable departmant in many ways. A Department that the Department of Public Safety does not want to loose friendship with. I, Trooper Trey Sells, Would like to personally apologize to the officer who I made an OOC comment to.. I am not sure of this officers name but If you are reading this I apologize for my comments on behalf of you and the San Fierro Police department. I am sorry to the Chief of Police Chase Lowe for the tensions created between the Intra-department relations. None of this was ment to happen but it did. Again I sincerely apologize. But I would like to end on the note, take it for what it is. No one is above the law. Not saying what DPS did was right, but what SFPD did was not right either. I am sorry for any inconviences caused or wasted time. Looking forward to operate with you all again, and to more great nights.

Dear Mr. Sells & DPS,
We appreciate and accept your apology. One thing I have taken pride with since I became chief was the working relationship we have had with DPS. I'm sure any differences caused by either department tonight can swiftly move behind us and we can all get back to business as usual. I appreciate the time taken out of your day, as well as the rest of the DPS members who shared their time as well to help us come to a fair resolution to this problem. If there is anything that you or DPS needs from SFPD, never hesitate to contact me or any members of our high command.
