I propose some rule changes. With no intentions of looking like a power play I believe (as said on irc) that your current rules are overly specific. I give you credit for RFC 1855 as it pretty much covers all. I propose the wording of rule 1 being changed to this; Respect other players, a GM's discretion will determine how respectfull you are. Now rule #3 and #4 are obsolete as it falls under rule #1.
In my experience people in tmw will not hesitate to tell you that your not being respectful. My goal is to see more respect and to give our gm more room to enforce it. My goal is for players not have the ability to say, as I have seen time from time again, "well its not in the rules". Don't give them the chance to manipulate the system.
You may see me as a hypocrite from my most recent behavior. I see it as making a point with evidence to stand on. I apologize for this and I apologize again for not being able to to do so in advance.
