Description: A Double Big Mac with 2 Quarter Pounder patties and 2 Fish Filet patties added bewtween the bottom bun and patties of the Double Big Mac, as well as 2 Quarter Pounder patties and 2 Fish Filet patties added between the top bun and patties of the Double Big Mac.

Description: A Filet O' Fish sandwich (only the meat and tartar sauce) with a slice of Southwest Cheddar cheese on top, then 4-6 strips of bacon are placed on top on the cheese, Southwest sauce is then added ontop of the bacon. Another slice of Southwest Cheddar is placed ontop of the bacon and sauce and then another Filet O' Fish sandwich (only the meat and tartar sauce) is placed on top.

Notes: This one is not for weak-stomached people, the combination of the tartar sauce and Southest sauce will throw you off and the Southwest Cheddar does not help.

Description: The fillings (everything except for the bun) of 4 McDoubles are placed between the patty and bottom bun of a Cheeseburger, then the fillings of 4 McDoubles are placed between the patty and top bun of the same Cheeseburger.

A Bacon Cheeseburger is interlaced with the top patty of the Double Cheeseburger.
