This is uber annoying I'm near downtown Calgary fix this asap if you want to keep a customer. You pay for my roaming until this is fixed. I don't leave the city of Calgary, and I have no need for roaming data in my house as the wifi is faster so you won't incur those costs, just some texting and voice calls. The WIND service here is unstable and drops calls a lot, annoying to say the least. I am now also seeking a credit to my account until this fixed, as I spend half my time in my house approximately I want a 50% refund on my monthly bill until this is fixed. I'm not looking to scam your company but I am looking at poor service, good customer service, and a new company that needs to improve to succeed. You need to rectify this immediately or I will have to change carriers. On that note somebody in your technical support department told me I couldn't return my phone which I find completely bogus. I asked him how am I to know that there is poor signal in my area before I buy the phone? He didn't have an acceptable answer. Please get back to me ASAP about what is being done to make me a happy customer.
