Im afraid Im carrying a few bad news. Our fellow owner, Deprehensio is going to be demoted. I know all this might seem to be very confusing and almost crazy, and therefore Im going to tell what has led to the current situation.
I was in a community with many of you others called DiCi. It was a great, democratic and friendly community with a fantastic owner named Astyle. The community went great until one day when a huge drama appeared within the community between a guy named Cryptic and Deprehensio. I myself believed that the drama was just pathetic, and tried to tell the people to act more professionally and less power hungry. It didnt go very well though, and I realized that if I didnt help the community, it would die. So I offered the community a server, a MySQL database and a legit version of HL2RP. All I wanted was for all of us to have a stable server and community to enjoy, but it simply didnt work.
Astyle never showed up and I decided to start up my old community, Quality Quaestors again. I did so, and it went okay. Though the server was still empty and the people from DiCi werent aware of that the server existed there for them. I quickly realized that Ive become a bit too old to be the active owner I once was, and I decided to hire someone to be a managing director (while I was still the owner)
When DiCi was at its worst stage, Deprehensio came to me with an offer. He said that he wanted to start up a new community and that he needed my help. This new community would be the new base for all the DiCi members. The deal seemed fair and I decided to make him the managing director, though he wanted it to be classic and called himself owner.
Even if I would have wanted him to be owner, I cant make it happen. To be an owner, you need to be the one paying for the services that a community/company is using and to have bought the products that a company is using. To be an owner is just about financial matters. He could still though be the managing director which is the person in actual control, though he wanted it to be a bit messy.
When Im now firing my managing director, I dont do it because I want power. I dont do it because I dont like Deprehensio and I dont do it because I dont want to run the server and the website anymore. I do it because I have to. Things have completely gone off track and Deprehensio is acting like a dictator. Hes being rude, unprofessional, paranoid and in some sense power crazy. As youve recently heard, he now wants all the money from the donations, and in my opinion thats just not reasonable. Im the one paying, Im the one who has paid for all of our products and tools, and therefore Im the one who need the donations the most. Im not going to spend loads of money from my own pocket while Deprehensio buys Spotify premium from the communitys purse.
Deprehensio has started to show a very awful rudeness. Hes not showing me any gratitude and hes not letting me take any initiatives. The first thing I noticed when I came home from my trip to Germany was how Deprehensio started to interrogate me about some false rumors about me that hed heard. Things like that Id taken all the donations from my old community. Of course this was just simple lies. Id invested 300 euros into Open Aura and paid for a website a server. I didnt earn a penny on my old community. Then he started to say that Id sold admin, which is partly true. If you donated 40 euro in my old community you received operator status. Though, what the rumor hadnt told him was that the selling system was abolished and that only one person who would still have received operator got it through the donation system.
Deprehensio is acting like a dictator. I though need to say that hes succeeded very well with the server. Actually, YOU have succeeded very well with the server, and therefore Im not going to close this community down just because of one man. Im going to with all my power make sure that this community continues and give all the members a stable and enjoyable server.
So, if youve heard enough talking and want to know whats going to happen in the future, I will tell you the following:
Deprehensio is going to be fully demoted unless he accepts quite a lot of demands.
If Deprehensio doesnt accept the demands, I will make a new and more polite person Managing Director. Veran120 will be that person, since hes active, polite, experienced, serious and professional. Im going to be more active in the administration of the community as well.
NONE except Deprehensio is going to be demoted. If Ive demoted anyone right now, its just temporary.
The server will be up and running just like it is right now, and I hope you will have an enjoyable time playing.
If Deprehensio doesnt accept my demands, I will create a new steam group for the community; otherwise we will still use the old one.
All of your VIP, Flags and whitelists will remain.
We will have a very good developer in our community
We will buy XenForo to the website.
If you havent understood it yet, Im the actual owner of this community in financial terms.
I own:
The server
Open Aura including HL2RP and Cider Two
The MySQL databases
The website
The domain (www.genesisroleplay.com)
The premium forum software (that the community will use)
Knowledge within all kinds of server management.
The only thing Deprehensio owns is the steam group, and if he wants to mess around and dont accept my demands, he can keep it.

I hope the community will survive a demotion like this, and I will as said make sure it does. I understand that many of you feel skeptical towards all of this, and I can tell you that its hard to understand my decision if you havent experienced how Deprehensio has acted.
