Luckily enough, we do keep logs of EVERYTHING, so it's normally pretty easy to find out the truth behind he-said she-said.
Unfortunately for you, you've kind of put your foot in it here.
Firstly, all the mods (and anyone who's wanting to be a mod) has to be on IRC, so we (the admins) get to know them. So I feel reasonably comfortable with a110447, and whilst every complaint is looked into, there are some that fall into the 'frivolous' or 'vindictive' complaints.
Guess which one I'm filing yours in?

There is a significant and major difference between 'never' and 'rarely'. And it's more likey to be 'not to you', or more likely, not when you're around. According to Kapea, he's a good admin and helps out a lot. Of course, they could be in kahoots, but then I'd be hearing more complaints.

How? You need to be specific, with proof. Screenshots are fine, but they allow us to check it in the immutable logs, which can't be messed with.

Actually, no. We explicitly don't exercise editorial control over anything in the minecraft server. As we're not 'approving' statements, we're not liable for it. We will, of course, help the police if there is a complaint lodged, with the IP address and Geolocation data of any client that IS being criminal.

And that's why I'm filing it in the 'vindictive' basket. I read the conversation. You were complaining that he was selling flowers for the wrong price.
