I'm proposing a NEAT Summit to get together on IRC to discuss what affects us as an alliance. It has been a long while since many of us have gotten together and discussed these issues.
As of late there have been many issues being discussed and even though the forums have been heavily used by a few members, these issues desevre as large of audience as possible.
I'm trying to get a feel when people would be available for this summit since NEAT is all over the world.
When and at what time would people be available?
