To get access to the Server Intervention Training Program, you will need to visit http://www.distance.mun.ca/forms/support/step1.php and complete a request to be added. For a current student, you will click "Current Student" and complete the form with your information.
When you get to Step 3, select "Other" under "Online Course Issues".
On the next page, do not select a course and type the following in the Request box: I would like to be added to the Server Intervention Training Program. My MUN Login ID is: {your ID}.
Once your request is submitted, you should be added to the course within 24 hours. Once you have completed the course please contact Kelly at kneville@mun.ca telling her you have completed the training course so your card can be arranged with Answers, located on the 3rd floor of the university centre. Your card will then take 48 hours to make after arrangements have been made with Answers.
