Information in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
DTUs connected to a particular Sun Ray server may drop RDP connections randomly.  DTUs connected to other Sun Ray servers will not have this problem.
Changes
One server may no longer be kept synchronized with other servers in the Fail Over Group.
Cause
NTP client may have died or be misconfigured.
Solution

Do whatever is necessary to ensure that all servers in the FOG are time-synchronized.  Once they are synchronized once again, re-test to see if the problem persists.
