Reapers are a clan started in the beta of the original APB. We are a clan that prides ourselves on skill on a personal and team level, and we view teamwork as one one of our greatest aspects.
We have an active forum, and we do ask that you put in an application if you wish to join, and we use TS3 which is often used by teams playing. Not just to communicate on the mission, but also for giggle factor. It's a lot more fun on TS!
We play multiple games, including Black Ops and (there's a few that play... I think) minecraft. But naturally APB is our primary game.

For now there are not requirements as such... That being said, we won't recruit people who are still wet behind the ears.
Basically with Open Beta just around the corner, setting a requirement will rule out half the people playing the game. And that will mean that a decent players that wanted to join would not be able to due to a rating requirement. So if you've just got out of tutorial, have a rating of 10 and you think an OCA is a popular enforcer clan, then we won't be wanting to recruit you until you've gained some experience.
The other requirement is that you do have skill. We're not asking you to be so good that people who use aimbots exit the game when they see you, but at the same time we do not want to recruit anyone who actually holds teams back when they'd be better off without you.
