Even if I can only be on for 5 minutes, I always check staff section, appeals, level 4 apps and scamming, simply to make sure that there's nothing waiting for a comment or opinion from me."
My activity isn't unpredictable. I don't make boards when I do go inactive because I feel that it's not of importance. When I am inactive it is because I'm either in exam week or I don't have access to internet due to whatever reason. If you wanted me to tell you exactly when I will be inactive I could have easily done so. There are staff members who are able to reach me via text message if I am needed. I have never been more than 1 week inactive ever since I've joined this site. There have been times when someone has texted me to ask me to log onto dz to deal with a situation, it does not take much to reach me if I am needed. I am always on this site as much as I can be. And it does not take much to reach me if I am needed.

Perception is everything, and if people perceive one of the higher ranking staff members to be a drama queen, biased, rude etc, then I think there's a problem."
I believe I am on okay terms with all the staff members besides one member in particular.
The Comment Chart is an unfair assessment of what members think of me as a staff member. I will admit there are quite a few members who would not favor me, however, I have spoken to a number of members since and have made amends with particular situations involving them (I can ask them to speak with you personally if you wish).
My one decision to talk to Andreas about www.tinychat.com, basically created much hatred of me as a person during that time. Although I honestly do not hold any grudges against what has happened, it seems that some particular users have a view of the type of person I am. It was this one situation that sparked all types of hostility. And when the roots of everything is traced, it goes back to this one situation.
All my 'drama' is from the same group of users. If you asked the majority of the forum about their opinion of me, the response would be completely different. Not all the members on this site hate me, it's just the ones who do that make the situations seem a lot worse than they really are.

Not every decision should require an explanation and approval by everyone. Quite often, it's already been discussed between a number of staff members, rarely do I see anyone have an idea and just go with it. I certainly don't think that anyone should have to walk on eggshells because of other staff members. Decisions aren't made for selfish reasons, they're made because they're viewed as a potential improvement.
Almost every time I see you respond to a suggestion, it's you saying you don't like it, or something is wrong with it so don't do it. I feel in those cases that you don't appreciate the team as a whole, and I don't think one person should be able to hinder progress.
Those are my rather lengthy thoughts, if I have anything else to add, I will. I sincerely don't say these things with any personal grudge against you. I say these things as objectively as I can."
When I agree with a decision, I generally do not post unless I feel that I have to. This is the reason why it seems that everytime I post is to disagree with an idea or statement. When I read a thread such as you board about the reposting of rules or Andreas' board about updating the mobile aspect of the forum, I feel that I do not need to repsond. When I do disagree with a statement or an idea, it's usually because I feel strongly about the situation. Whether or not it changes the situation does not matter but I like clarification and reasoning and I want to know the reasoning behind what is happening and why that particular person decided to do what they did. If I by any means am the reason why decisions are put on hold, it is understandable to be overruled by an Admin. I don't disagree with others to create problems, I disagree with others so we can talk about another solution or a better way of resolving things. I have a specific way of thinking about things and I'm aware that I may not see everything the way others do but everything I do on here isn't meant to hurt the site at all. I've spent a lot of time on Darkztar and I do care about the site quite a bit.
